友蘭科技行銷股份有限公司創立於2005年，是大中華地區第一家專業蘭花行銷顧問諮詢服務公司。以完全不具有生產者(grower)功能的獨立超然立場，依據客戶需求，提供蘭農商譽諮詢、優質種苗推薦、品質監控及物流、金流等一站式採購(one stop shopping)的整體服務。

友蘭科技行銷股份有限公司是台灣第一家推動無病毒蘭花種苗國際產銷標準作業流程(SOP)設計及執行的廠商。在經濟部SBIR科技專案支持輔導下，邀請農委會農業試驗所植物病理組張清安博士擔任顧問，與荷蘭檢測權威單位NAK取得蘭花病毒檢測方法與標準的共識；同時，在研究台灣蘭花業者的發展方向、生產模式與合作意願後，選擇科隆生物科技及台霖生物科技與荷蘭Sion公司進行台荷蘭花種苗無病毒產銷標準作業流程平台試行計劃。收集產官學研各面向的意見，綜合荷蘭廠商顧客的要求，設計出具有台灣特色的蘭花種苗生產標準作業流程，並以實際的商業運作驗證方法的合理性。在2007年已經初步獲得無病毒種苗生產的成功模式，按月外銷數萬株種苗的病毒檢測在農委會農業試驗所植物病理組的嚴格標準下，已經符合國際種苗產品無病毒生產規格的要求。

United Orchid Technology & Marketing starts operation from 2005, and is the only professional marketing consulting service provider in greater China area. We are not grower so that we can help our customers from worldwide, according to the specific requirement to design a delivery plan combined with the growers’ evaluation, the recommendation for proper varieties and young plants suppliers, quality assurance, shipping and payment processing as a one stop shopping total solution platform. We will select only proper products for our customers but to obligate to sell everything in stock as many local growers do so often.

We are the first company to launch SOP for virus free Phalaenopsis young plants production in Taiwan.. Supporting by Taiwan MOEA- SBIR project, we work closely with Dr. ChinAn Chang of Taiwan Agriculture Research Institute where scientists exchange information and experiences with NAK in Netherlands. The SOP is tested by prestigious Taiwan growers, Clone Biotech and TaiLin Biotech, they both worked closely with Dutch company, Sion Orchid. On 2007, we are able to deliver virus free young plants to meet the Dutch standard and proved the SOP work successfully

Our GM, Ms. Phoebe Hao is the consultant to Taichung Computer Association, Tainan Computer Association and Kaohsiung Information Service Association. Her in depth knowledge and experiences along with passion for helping others is well known in local ITC industry and we are working hard to try to bridge the digital divide for agriculture industry and community in Taiwan starts from orchid then to more horticulture crops. Quality is our top priority. We work with the best researchers and scholars from institutes and universities using scientific methods to improve orchid production technology and set up a supply chain system with partners who care more for long term profits.
